New CBI Director Subodh Kumar Jaiswal has directed all officers of the company to be wearing formals on responsibility, warning them that informal dressing is not going to be allowed.
In an order issued by the Deputy Director Administration, it has been made clear that whereas all male employees needs to be wearing trousers, collared shirts and formal footwear with correct shaving, girls will put on fits, sarees, formal shirts and trousers.
“No denims, T-shirts, sports activities footwear, chappals (slippers) and informal apparel is allowed within the workplace,” the order acknowledged.
The directive was issued after it was seen that some employees members weren’t “attired correctly” in workplace.
CBI officers are supposed to decorate formally however lately, some began carrying casuals to workplace which was seen by the director.
