Obamas Anti-Pollution Rule Goes To Waste After A Federal Court Asks For A Revoke

Another of Obama’s infamous rules is flushed down the drain after a federal court let the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) know that the methane pollution regulation shall be retracted.

The decision broke on Monday after an order from the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit was submitted. As the order states, EPA violated the law by disabling the enforcement to be carried out sooner.

Although the procedure asks for an 11-judge court to review the case, Trump didn’t demand it.

Pro-Trump states, as well as remaining industry groups, which did not see eye-to-eye with the regulation, demanded a full-court repeal., so the judges will consider their request in the coming weeks.

It is now up to the judges to amend their initial request in the period that follows.

Obama’s rule entails certain guidelines in regards to oil and natural gas drilling industry. All of these have one goal only- to decrease the methane emission, which is the key substance of natural gas.

Barack Obama took pride in his little rule, so to see it fail, must be crippling.

Although the liberals would have everyone believe that the D.C. Circuit Court announced Trump and his team violated their authority regarding the Clean Air Act, this is absurdity at its best.

At the moment, the EPA is trying its best to possibly delay the rule for another two years. Hopefully, it doesn’t come to that and the sake of our country is put first on the list of priorities.
