Melania Trump’s first White House Christmas video included the nativity scene displayed at the White House among many other incredible decorations, while Michelle Obama first Christmas video didn’t.
The title of this year’s White House Christmas is “Time-Honored Traditions.”
“The President, Barron, and I are very excited for our first Christmas in the White House,” said Melania Trump Monday.
“As with many families across the country, holiday traditions are very important to us,” the First Lady continued.
“I hope when visiting the People’s House this year, visitors will get a sense of being home for the holidays,” said Melania. “On behalf of my husband and Barron, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and joyous holiday season.”

President Trump made a promise during his presidential campaign to bring back the word “Christmas.”
The Obama family never used the words “Merry Christmas” on their Christmas cards during the eight years in office, they chose to write “Happy Holidays” instead.
Micelle also opted not to include the nativity scene in her first Christmas video, but she did include the nativity scene about the White House Christmas decorations.
Trump stated in his speech at the Values Voter Summit October, “You know we’re getting near that beautiful Christmas season that people don’t talk about anymore. They don’t use the word Christmas because it’s not politically correct.”
“Well guess what, we’re saying Merry Christmas again,” he said.
“We are stopping cold the attacks on Judeo-Christian values,” Trump promised.
