On Friday, the Hollywood elite stood up to praise Republican Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who made an adamant decision to stick to his beliefs and prevent the repeal of Obamacare. Celebrities like Rosie O’Donnell, Cher, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio were quick to salute McCain’s move and give him the ego boost he so dearly needed.
“Lovely,” stated Andrew Mark Miller on Young Conservatives. “Not exactly people you want to have in your corner.”
Mc Cain noted that after Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana proposed the bill in an inadequate manner he refused to support it and felt strongly about voting against it.
So, let’s check out how Hollywood liberals acknowledged his decision:
Thank you @SenJohnMcCain for being a hero again and again and now AGAIN

This is good news for the fight for affordable health care. But we’ve been here before. Don’t stop organizing until the fight is done. https://t.co/cH5fzgaJw8

Many have already come to terms regarding McCain’s steps related to the Obamacare repeal:
“Well, by now why would anyone think he’d do anything else?” wrote Joe Vidueria on Allen B. West.
“McCain does what’s politically correct, and voting for any bill that gets at the heart of Obamacare would not be the right thing to do in the eyes of the media and the elites in Washington, D.C. — not to mention the Hollywood crowd. So he killed the previous repeal bill in July (the “skinny” repeal) and became a media darling — and he’s at it again,” he added.
“Well, John McCain let conservatives down yet again. For the second time, he will sabotage the will of the voters and the leader of his party by sinking a bill to reform Obamacare,” Miller wrote.
“Now, the people of McCain’s home state of Arizona will continue to suffer under Obamacare,” he added.
Poor excuse for a Republican, that’s a given.
