On Friday, 11-year-old Frank Giaccio became the talk of the country after being spotted on the White House lawn.

Giaccio was at President Donald Trump’s home to honor a pledge he’d made in a letter.

The letter reads:

Dear Mr. President:

It would be my honor to mow the White House lawn some weekend for you. Even though I’m only ten, I would like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for. I admire your business background and have started my own business. I have been mowing my neighbors’ lawns for some time. Please see the attached flier. Here’s a list of what I have and you are free to pick whatever you want: power mower, push mower, and weed whacker. I can bring extra fuel for the power mower and charged batteries for the weed whacker. I will do this at no charge.

Giaccio mowed the White House grass free of charge, though he typically charges $8 for his services.

Both Trump and the first lady were impressed with his efforts. The president tweeted, “Frank ‘FX’ Giaccio-

On behalf of @FLOTUS Melania & myself, THANK YOU for doing a GREAT job this morning! @NatlParkService gives you an A+!”

On Saturday, Giaccio made an appearance on “Fox & Friends” to discuss his experience. During the interview, Giaccio said that mowing the lawn for the president was a dream come true and that it was “really, really cool” to meet Trump.

Then Giaccio revealed that Trump isn’t the only president he’s written a letter to about mowing the lawn at the White House.

“Well, my last one, which went to President Obama, I got a letter back. But I knew it wasn’t handwritten, so I knew that this one was actually better when Sarah took it to the briefing room,” Giaccio said.

Luckily for Giaccio, people were paying closer attention this time around. As a result, an 11-year-old kid got to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
