The Israeli prime minister is becoming popular in New York City.
Bibi Netanyahu came to the states this week to give a speech at the U.N. and to have diplomatic meetings with the leaders from around the world. He also met with President Trump and was amused by him and his speech to the United Nations Tuesday, saying:
“In over 30 years in my experience with the U.N., I never heard a bolder or more courageous speech. President Trump spoke the truth about the great dangers facing our world and issued a powerful call to confront them in order to ensure the future of humanity.”
Netanyahu also delivered a speech to the United Nations Tuesday, condemning the terror in his own country. While his stay in New York, he decided to walk around the streets and meet some American. So, the people who were in Central Park, or walking on Broadway, Manhattan had a real chance to be greeted by the Israeli prime minister or sit next to him.
There is a video showing Bibi walking around the city, meeting with a large diversity of people, such as Jews, Muslims, and the most interesting part of his wanderings is when he takes a special time to thanks one specific group of people – police officers.
On the video, you can see Netanyahu stopping and thanking the police even making conversation with them.
“What do you got there?” Bibi says. “An M4,” replied the officer.
