Child Molester Gets Swift Justice From Fellow Prisoner After He Admits Guilt

Child Molester Gets Swift Justice From Fellow Prisoner After He Admits Guilt

It’s little secret that child molesters don’t do well in prison. For some reason, twisted adults who prey on innocent children can get some people’s ire up. Who knew?

Christopher Elwell found that out the hard way — and he wasn’t even in a prison cell yet.

According to WMUR-TV, Elwell was in court for sentencing Thursday in New Hampshire.

Elwell, who had sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in June at a home where Elwell was staying while a 9-year-old and a 4-year-old were present, was in a Dover courtroom to receive his sentence.

As it turns out, it wasn’t exactly a slap on the wrist — 7 and 1/2 to 15 years.

However, to fellow prisoner Josiah Davies, that wasn’t good enough. Being in handcuffs himself, Davies couldn’t do a lot about it. Unless, of course, he used his head.

And by using his head, what we mean is that he headbutted Elwell repeatedly.

A snippet of the scene was posted on YouTube the same day it happened.

Well, that’s certainly one way to do it.

The Strafford County Attorney’s Office said that while Davies didn’t know Elwell, something about the case must have made him angry.

Elwell had initially denied raping the 4-year-old, but later admitted to it. He also admitted to not registering as a sex offender for a previous offense.

“The defendant was required to register as a sex offender. He had been living at 12 Mineral Park Drive off and on — but more than five times a month — and had not changed his registration with the Somersworth Police Department,” Conant said.

Even with significant jail time, the judge was hesitant to accept the plea bargain, arguing that Elwell would offend again.

However, the plea spared the young victim from testifying in court.

Either way, Elwell got a rough introduction to the kind of life that awaits child molesters behind bars.

If he thinks this is bad, just wait until he sees what happens in prison.
